What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ varies by product type. For standard stock products, the MOQ is typically 3,000–5,000 pieces. For custom mold products, the MOQ is generally 5,000–10,000 pieces depending on the complexity. We are flexible and happy to discuss special arrangements for new customers or product trials.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, absolutely. We offer full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. For OEM, we manufacture according to your specifications and branding. For ODM, our design team creates original packaging designs that you can brand as your own. Both options include exclusive design protection under NDA.

What materials do you work with?

We work with a wide range of plastic materials including PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), PP (Polypropylene), PE/HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), AS (Acrylonitrile Styrene), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PS (Polystyrene), and PETG. Material selection depends on your product compatibility, aesthetic requirements, and market regulations.

What post-processing and decoration options do you offer?

We provide comprehensive post-processing services in-house, including: silk screen printing (up to 6 colors), hot stamping / gold foiling, sleeve labeling and sticker application, spray coating (matte, glossy, soft-touch, gradient), UV coating, and chrome/metallic finishing. This eliminates the need for third-party decorators, ensuring consistent quality and faster turnaround.

How long does custom mold design and production take?

Yes, we provide samples for evaluation. For standard stock products, samples can be shipped within 3–5 business days. For custom products, samples are produced after mold fabrication. Sample fees are charged but can be credited toward bulk orders upon confirmation. We recommend confirming all specifications (color, material, finish) via samples before mass production.

What quality certifications and standards do you comply with?

Hemei Plastics maintains strict quality management systems. Our products comply with FDA food-contact materials regulations, EU REACH and RoHS directives, ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, and SGS testing requirements. We provide full quality documentation including COA (Certificate of Analysis), test reports, and material safety data sheets upon request.

Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you export to?

Yes, we export to over 50 countries worldwide. Our main export markets include North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. We have extensive experience with export documentation, customs clearance requirements, and can arrange FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. We work with reputable freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery.

How do you ensure product quality during mass production?

Quality control is integrated at every stage: raw material inspection upon receipt, in-process quality checks during production, dimensional and functional testing on finished products, and final pre-shipment inspection. We also welcome third-party inspection arranged by customers (SGS, BV, Intertek, etc.) before shipment.

Can you help with packaging design if I don’t have artwork ready?

Absolutely. Our in-house design team can help you from concept to finished artwork. Whether you have a rough sketch, an inspiration reference, or just a brief, we can develop full packaging designs including 3D renders, color mockups, and print-ready artwork files. Design service fees apply but are included in custom ODM projects.
